• The returned item(s) are new, unused, and unwashed.
• The returned item(s) are accompanied by their original tags and receipts.

Failure to comply with the conditions mentioned above will result in the rejection of your Refund Request.

If your Refund Request has been accepted, we will notify you through the email you used while registering an account on our site. Please note that processing your Refund Request can take up to 10 business days.

If you meet the Refund criteria, your reverted amount will be reflected in your bank account in 7-10 business days. If it takes longer than that, please reach out to us.

Please note that the delay could be caused by your local bank’s side in some cases.

Xpress Supply reserves the right to refuse damaged, used, or custom-made products.
